How it works

1. Share your idea. Fill out the form below with as much detail as you'd like. Reference images, rough sketches, color swatches, and a short description of the vibe you're going for all help.
2. We talk it through. We'll reach out to ask questions, suggest ideas, and make sure we understand your vision. Then we'll send you a quote and an estimated timeline.
3. We design it. We create a 3D design and share a preview so you can request tweaks before anything is printed.
4. We build it. Your helmet is 3D printed and finished by hand.
5. It ships to you (or local delivery/pickup). Carefully packed and ready to wear, display, or show off.

Pricing and timing

Every custom project is different, so pricing depends on the complexity of the design, finish, and detailing. Most custom helmets take 1-2 weeks from approved design to shipping. If you need it by a specific date, let us know up front and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

We create original designs inspired by history and the fantasy and sci-fi worlds we all love. We don't produce exact replicas of licensed or trademarked designs, but we can help you create something that captures the spirit you're after and is entirely yours.
